Accessibility Statement.

Last updated: October 2025

At Weelp, accessibility is an integral part of our mission. We are committed to ensuring that our website, mobile application, and all digital resources are accessible to the widest possible audience regardless of ability, technology, or environment.

1. Our Commitment

Weelp was built on a principle of universal access. Our accessibility efforts are guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, the Referentiel General d'Amelioration de l'Accessibilite (RGAA France), and the European Accessibility Act (2025).

2. Measures Implemented

  • Semantic HTML for better screen reader interpretation
  • Keyboard navigation compatibility across main sections
  • Contrast-optimized color palettes for light and dark modes
  • Descriptive text alternatives for icons and images
  • Adaptive typography with scalable fonts
  • Accessible forms and buttons labeled for clarity
  • Continuous testing using WAVE, AXE, and Apple VoiceOver

3. Current State of Compliance

The Weelp website and mobile application currently aim for compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We regularly audit our services to identify and resolve accessibility barriers.

4. Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Weelp, please contact: support@weelp.app. We will respond within 15 business days.

5. Third-Party Content

Certain sections integrate external services (Mapbox, Stripe, etc.). We select partners that actively maintain WCAG and ADA compliance.

6. Accessibility Roadmap (2025-2026)

  • 2025 Q4: finalize full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
