Welcome to Weelp. By downloading, installing, or using the Weelp mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - EMERGENCY SERVICES

Weelp is NOT an emergency service and does NOT dispatch emergency responders. Weelp is an INFORMATIONAL and EDUCATIONAL application. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: contact official emergency services directly (112 in Europe, 911 in the US, 15/17/18 in France, etc.).

1. Description of Service

Weelp provides access to local emergency phone numbers, nearby medical facilities, first aid guides, medical profile management, country-specific safety information, and pet safety profiles. The App is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Weelp.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain security of credentials, and accept responsibility for all account activities.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers free and premium features. All payments are processed through Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, copy or distribute content, or provide false information.

6. Medical Information Disclaimer

Health and first aid information is for educational purposes only and does NOT constitute medical advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your medical profile. First aid guides do not replace professional training.

7. Location Services

Used to display emergency numbers and nearby facilities. Your location is NOT transmitted to emergency services. We do not track continuously.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Marieme Seck and protected by international copyright law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display it for service delivery.

10. Privacy

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or accuracy of emergency numbers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Weelp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marieme Seck and Weelp from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for Terms violations.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

French law. Courts of Paris, France.
